Kam S. Kniss
Kam Kniss is Senior Market Head, Wintrust Banks, overseeing the community banks and the retail banking line of business at Wintrust Financial Corporation.
Kam joined Wintrust in 2010 and has held a variety of roles, most recently serving as Head of Digital Channels and Transaction Banking, where he led the treasury management, international banking and banking product teams. He also served as Chief Executive Offer, Wheaton Bank & Trust, and Group Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking & Sponsor Finance. He started his career as a credit analyst at Park National Bank.
Kam received bachelor’s degrees in business management and sports management with a minor in finane from North Central College. He serves on the board of directors for North Central College, Chicago United and the DuPage Children's Museum.
